13 Sept 2026Room was clean. Small but all you needed for overnight stay. Had a fridge and sink which was good. Safe, slippers and hairdryer.
Shower head seemed too big for the space and only few of the jets worked.
Room was right next to the kitchen which was a little noisy in the morning but could not smell the food.
Staff polite and welcoming.

18 Apr 2026We found the hotel spotlessly clean. The decor is very nice & tasteful. Even though the rooms are very small it catered well to one’s needs. It is conveniently situated in a nice quiet area of Kensington, The staff we met were very friendly & helpful. Definately worth a second visit when next in London.
