Lovely hotel for visiting Conwy
The hotel and our room were very clean and warm despite the cold weather, the bed was very comfortable, with white linen and towels, and the bathroom was lovely. Whoever services the rooms does a great job! We felt that the receptionist was a little grumpy when we checked in. We had rung before booking and asked which rooms had a bath, so when we booked through Hotel.com we specifically booked one of those rooms, and added the request for a bath to the form. On checking in, our room had to be changed to one with a bath, and we were 'told off' for not booking direct! Breakfast was good, but we would eat an evening meal elsewhere, as this wasn't great. But, on the whole we would stay here again, as the hotel was lovely.

It was a lovely property in a beautiful town. I dined there twice and the food was simply wonderful. The best part was the staff - everyone was so helpful and so unbelievably friendly. All in all a wonderful experience.
