本來訂了入住此酒店，到達當天因交通問題來不及於2130前到達飯店。經與飯店職員溝通後，他教了本人可停車在那一停車場，再走路到飯店。怎料，職員說的停車場過了時間都關了，其實周邊的大多數已暫停營業！最後找到一個但客滿，無法停車！這時，帶着小孩的我們，感到非常徬徨，只好再跟飯店聯絡，告知我們無法到達，在近半夜的時間找了附近另一飯店投宿。 翌日，我們再致電飯店，對職員說出昨晚事件始末，他們願意不收取我們房費，這算是很體貼的！同時，我們再試行開車前往飯店，但原來那橋只供遊覽車使用，一般自行開車去的，要停在八景島外的停車場，然後走路進去。其實，飯店會否提供接駁車載客人進去？有沒有其他公共交通工具可以到達飯店？這樣，對於一個外地遊客來說，完全缺乏了這方面的資訊！若早點得悉，可能會考慮是否訂這飯店？如有其他客人想入住，儘量在白天到，因為天黑找路很難！這真是一次很難忘的住宿經歷！
