The staff were very helpful, very easy to check-in and the place is clean. The double room as it's written is very small but functional. Take note that there is no lift and the stairs are narrow so its a struggle with large luggage.

For the cost this was an excellent choice for us. We wanted a one night stay close to St Pancras International and the Hurdwicke delivered. The hotel is also close to Euston Station. We had a good nights sleep and the room had everything we needed. The narrow staircase may present a problem for someone with a large suitcase. The instructions we received were excellent. Thank you Hurdwicke for a good start to our holiday.

Very comfy bed and pillows, but so unbelievably noisy. I could hear next door guests TV and conversations

10/10 Exceptional

Stayed two nights and the hotel served us really well. Self Check in details were provided a couple of days before our stay. The room was clean and plenty of space for a 3 night stay. The location is excellent, really close to tube station and only 3 stops from Leicester Square. Nice bar across the road, and a lovely new cafe nearby.

2/10 Poor

Bery unusual process from hotel. Required payment day before arrival. Provided with front door code and advised room number and that romm would be left unlocked with key on the bed. When arrived, room that was supposed to be mine was locked and had been given to someone else. No response from staff member who was supposed to be on duty.

Lovely hotel and rooms. Clean, tidy, comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Pia the hotel manager was really helpful and welcoming and provided great communication. I’d definitely stay there again and location is great for travelling around London.

Functional. Noisy (internal and external). Weak shower. Tired building/room generally. Practical for the Northern Line thiugh. But if all you need is a bed for the night...

Paying for room is strange via Expedia/Hotels.com. Got a call from a mobile phone number asking me to pay. I checked this was genuine via What’s App and email. Told we could arrive between 11-12. When we arrived, door was locked and phones weren’t being answered. After 10 minutes got hold of someone and they opened the door for us to find it not made up and in a real mess. Really poor to expect a customer to receive this as a welcome. Pity. Room was decent. Albeit needs a bit of TLC. Service and communication is poor.

Good for night out, not for families

We had booked a family stay for 3. Double bed was comfortable, but " sofa bed" was a narrow pillows on the floor with some thin mattress on the top. Yes, the room is near tube station, bus stop and walking distance from Camden Town. Bathroom is clean and spacious. But all this is pointless, when you can't sleep due to the outside noice. With Azura bar just across the street, you are kept awake until early hours by music. When this finally ends at 1pm on Friday & Saturday (midnight weekdays), you have night buses just Infront of the property. We were given ground floor front room and we haven't slept, made a son cry from exhaustion. Invest into windows.

Absolutely fine for a one night stay. No luxuries, somewhat dated but good value for money. Rooms very noisy due to the tube station and road noise. Value for money for a central London stay.

No checking in or out as such. Received a message a day before myvstay with the code for the front door and directions to my room. It doesn't get simpler than that. The room was clean and the air-conditioning worked well. En-suite shower room was great. The room and bed were comfortable. Great hotel for an overnight stay. Perfectly located for a night out in Camden.

Very basic.

Noisy, very basic. Beds were okey. Room was cold and aircon was just for colder air/no heating. Not the cleanest, need for deepcleaning and maintenance.
