Just ok
Unfortunately given a very dirty room which the last guest had left in a disgusting state and the cleaner hadn’t gone in !! So after given another room in another building I’d say it was ok . Staff very apologetic. I stay in a hotel 4 days a week so it was ok for an overnight stay . I certainly wouldn’t bring my family .

Check in wasn’t very good , got sent from pub to reception then rang reception sent back to pub then back to reception. No one seemed to know correct procedure. Stay was lovely though . Good value room clean . Lovey dinner

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast has been good on previous visits but they seem to struggle with covid restrictions and was very disappointing.

Not great service.
Lugged our bags to reception not one there a small sign with mobile on eventually told we had to go in to bar. Got there with all our stuff. Finally someone asked us and then gave us a card no details of where to go or check in times etc. Very rude bar staff apart from one young girl. Kept playing Covid card for anything whilst serving there mates even after lights were out.
