Absolut ungemütlich
Das schlimmste Hotel dass ich je in Japan gesehen habe. Kein Service! Unfreundlich! Schon beim einchecken war es problematisch! Das Hotel besitzt keine Rezeption obwohl es online steht dass es welche hat. Man bekommt erst eine Benachrichtigung darüber nachdem man schon gebucht hat. Man muss zum nächsten Hotel laufen damit man den Schlüssel bekommt. Ohne Gepäck wäre es ja ok aber ganz ehrlich mit Koffer ist es eine Frechheit.. zu mal die Dame an der Rezeption sich für garnichts interessiert.. wir haben ein wahnsinnig dreckiges ungepflegtes Haus und Zimmer vorgefunden und mussten zurück laufen und das klären… uns wurde immer wieder gesagt ja euer Hotel ist voll und hat kein Rezeption. Sie fragte nur immer wieder ob wir es canceln wollen. Wit haven aid run André’s simmer in ein von ihren anderen Gebäuden gehofft aber nichts da. Die Frau meinte alles sei belegt, obwohl die online viele freie Zimmer hatten.letzendlich war es zu spät am Abend um ein neues Hotel zu suchen und wir baten wenigstens das Zimmer morgen richtig zu reinigen. Mehr als enttäuschend war die „ Reinigung „. Man hatte lediglich das Klopapier zum Dreieck gefaltet und sonst absolut nichts angefasst. Wir hatten extra betont sie sollen bitte die besswäache wechseln die Haare drauf hatte und noch frisch bezogen aussah! Nichts.

Das Bad ist verrostet und im Haus stinkt es fürchterlich nach schmutziger Wäsche und einfach gammelig. Schmutzwäsche ist einfach im Flur hinter einer Gardine
