The owner of this property didn’t confirm my order and that was 2 days before my arrival due to water leakage, and asked me to book somewhere else. Also, I was charged the full amount because it’s non refundable booking even though I reached out to Expedia and told them about the situation. I think Expedia did a terrible job trying to resolve the issue and failed to do the proper investigation since I have all the email exchanges with the owner of the property through the expedia secure message.
