This stay has been my favorite in all of London and I seriously don't want to stay anyplace else again. I want them to open in Cornwall, Cambridge, and Oxford so that I can remain loyal to their brand and never be disappointed with an uncertain booking again. This place was so clean, spacious, safe, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location can't be beat, close to the Underground, the Tower, Borough Market, and the Globe. I could find absolutely no fault with this stay. I will definitely be back.

This location was great! The room was large and included a kitchenette as well as washer/dryer. We got one with two bathrooms which was amazing with a kid on the pull out coach. The AC was freezing cold which was the best since we were there when it was 94-97 degrees. The staff was friendly and helpful, even when we had a 1 am false fire alarm… which we can laugh at now. Public transportation was easy to get. We just walked up to Saint Paul’s and caught whatever we needed. This location is close to a lot of things. Tower Bridge, globe, restaurants boroughs market I highly recommend

I was very pleased with the check-in process. Even though I was early there was no fuss I was just given a room. Room was great - very modern…great location. The staff was great except one lady did not let us take a can of water from the cabinet - she came running around from behind the desk and grabbed it and then we were first able to buy it. Weird and comical but not professional
