Great stay in a hotel that is conveniently located close to the subway, only few stations away from Heathrow if you have an overnight stay and want to be by the airport. Easy to get into London city center by tube and overall very pleasant and good value.

We stayed at the hotel the night before our flight home. Great location; right across the street from the underground station so easy access from any point in the city and Heathrow Terminals. Very friendly, helpful staff. Hotel was very quiet despite the airport being right next door. Bed was comfortable and room clean; bathroom, while very nice, had some signs of needing some additional upkeep. There is a restaurant in the hotel for breakfast and other meals; food was good. I am not sure if other establishments might be close by as it is right by the airport. Would definitely stay again.

Really nice stay

We had an over night stay prior to flying to heathrow for our wedding. We booked originally based on price being one of the cheapest but and wasnt expected to be amazing. However the room was really nice, very clean and well presented. Everything you might need for a hotel stay. I will definately be staying again fornfuture travels. The best bit is only 1 stop away on the underground into heathrow airport

The hallways smelled like sewage. You could tell they were trying to mask it with over done air spray but you could definitely smell the poo over the spray. The room smelled like day old cooked seafood. The food in the restaurant was nearly inedible. The Indian curries were the worse and most flavorless watery Indian I’ve ever had. The pool area was clean but advertised as family friendly and yet children are not allowed after 6:30pm. The saunas did not work.

Extremely claustrophobic, poor ventilation

The room had no windows, which wasn’t clearly stated. There was no ventilation, and only a view directly into the food hall which is just terrible design. I couldn’t even open the curtains. I felt extremely claustrophobic and uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep. The pillows hurt my neck and I had to check in late at night and check out early, which only made it worse. This really ruined the experience.

showed up to be told there was not parking spaces available, but would have to park 10 minutes away from the hotel. Everyone that checked in after us managed to magically get a space. We checked in and when we booked the room, we payed extra to have a room overlooking the runway of heathrow airport, we got to the room and we where overlooking the hotels car park. The staff member got our room changed but we still couldnt see the runway. We gave up with that as they obviously werent going to prioritise us as we do not look like we come from money. If you look rich then youll have the best rooms and magically get a parking space. After speaking to the member of staff about everyone magically getting a space, he told us we could stay where we where and pay for parking, so thats what we did. About every single time we left the hotel we wpuld get told to move the car , even though it was in a space, not blocking anyone or in the way. On another note the swimming pool was lovely.
