3 Dec 2024The staff were really nice. My TV wasn't working so they helped me and solved the problem. The room was clean and the service was great. The location was perfect. I really recommend staying at Santorini Beach Resort if you are going to visit Gili Trawangan. thanks guys.

Nous avons réservés cet hôtel parce que celui prévu à la base était full. L’hôtel est horrible.
Vraiment sale et délabré.
Il y avait une couche de poussière et des cailloux sur le sol de la chambre. Les draps et les rideaux sont tous tachés.
Fenêtre cassée dans la salle de bain donnant sur un mur avec une décharge à ciel ouvert derrière celui ci. Les murs sont moisis et piqués d’humidité.
C’est une catastrophe

Está dejado , la limpieza deja mucho que desear , no está como para ir a la ducha descalzo . Atención mala , tienen gente muy joven trabajando sin estar instruidos . El desayuno muy básico .
Al menos fueron comprensibles y me dejaron salir antes de mi día reembolsándome la parte no utilizada

Did not stay at the villa. Could not get hold of hotels. Com to log a dispute and hence we had lost money spent here.
No management of villa available from check in till 4 hours later. Bathrooms smelt terribly bad. Air conditioning not cooling (heat is already unbearable)

It was really comfy and good to relax!
You can’t hear any sounds from main road or city noise! It’s really good time for relaxing holiday and staff are really kind and gentle when you need help. Nice room and swimming pool. Lent bicycle in hotel to look around the island. Totally satisfied with this hotel!

L'hôtel agréable, pratiquement "sur la plage". Un superbe spot, sur la partie de l'ile où se passe le coucher de soleil ! Personnel très accueillant.

Nous sommes allés au santorini car notre précédente reservation avait été annulée. Très bonne surprise car hôtel est magnifique, le cadre aussi. Le personnel très accueillant et il n.y a pas de bruit dérangeant. Nous avons été heureux d’y passer quelques jours.

12 Jun 2019i was excited to stay at santorini resort after i stayed there i was instantly disappointed with how small the room was for the price you pay and i have stayed in privet rooms for far much less and included more amenities with the price than santorini has to offer,as it is hardly a resort nor a place for couples more like a family retreat. upon arriving to our room in 32° weather we were really sweaty and get into our room and it was soo hot as the air con wasnt running. after cooling off with a shower one of the towels looked like it had a fight with a dog it had so many holes in it. the sheets had oil stains on them and the tables stained with coffee marks so we ordered a couple milkshakes to cool off upon arrival they looked and tasted like watered down chocolate sauce even my nieces would decline to drink it.for the price paid for the room youd think bicycles are included but no they where an additional fee. the power kept cutting and the wifi was modrate when it actually worked. every day the toom got cleaned we'd come back to the aircon turned off they must be told by the owners to save on power but when your on an island with temperature of 30° plus youd like to come back to a cool room.in summary if you have extra money lying around then by all means stay there and get woken up to children screaming in the pool and a room unfit to have two people stay in. one good thing about santorini is the hospitality of the staff nothing else comes to mind

Svært dårlig engelsk og mat. Kjøkkenet brukte ekstremt lang tid på å tilberede under-middels mat. Kun én sykkel er tiltenkt et dobbeltrom(???), ligger veldig langt vekk fra «sentrum».
«De» heter han som kunne engelsk, han var topp.
Ellers, veldig fint hotell. Bra rom.

10 Mar 2019We had a lovely stay at Santorini Beach Resort on Gili T. We were greeted with fresh juice by the friendly staff when we arrived and our room was ready before check in time. The property and our room were spotless and the AC and Wifi were working perfectly. Special mention to D, a staff member, who went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay the best it could possibly be. Highly recommended!

Hotelli on ihan rannan tuntumassa. Hotellilta sai pyörät lainaan ja liikkuminen paikasta toiseen oli helppoa. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja auttoivat mielellään mikäli meillä oli kysyttävää. Hotelli on siisti ja kaunis, viihdyimme hyvin.
