The staff at the hotel were excellent, and so were the facilities. Our main concern was the lack of free access to the WiFi as part of the package, unless you join the Bonvoy scheme. Having said that, the staff were very helpful in helping us to do this.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Koi Resort. Our room had an unbelievable view and the staff were super helpful and friendly (a big shout out to Kaneisha who was brilliant).
The beach is darker sand and less appealing than some, but if you love the sound of crashing waves in your room or sun lounger, then the Koi is for you. Not easy during covid times, but the team made you feel welcome and made sure we loved our time on St Kitts.

Such a nice friendly place to stay, inparticular the staff are so friendly. The pool area is excelent, the rooms are in the process of being updated, some are still to be done and do look a little tired but are clean an comfortable.

The Park Hyatt St Kitts is a great hotel in a great location. Nothing at all to complain about - it’s not cheap but it’s worth it.
You should ask for an island tour with the driver Tomeka - she is an absolute hoot with so much knowledge of the island and the most fantastic sense of humour - best island guide ever!!

A beautiful property on vast grounds, little luxuries in the rooms, delicious food. What really made it though was the amazing staff, they remembered your name from the start and were always super friendly and helpful.

Spent a week at the Mount Nevis and loved every moment of it. Gorgeous room, with sensational views. It felt as though we were the only people staying at the hotel ( we weren't!) really liked having the small kitchenette to make our breakfasts. The pool area was fantastic. The staff extremely friendly and very helpful. We would definitely return if we visited Nevis again.

Nevis is an exclusive island with the Four Seasons being its top hotel. The hotel area is very large, has three pools and direct beach access. Even when fully booked, the whole estate is so spacious that it will feel neither crowded nor lonely. The service of the hotel is beyond compare, it sets very high standards, known for the brand. I can only recommend the hotel. However, if you do not require all the facilities it offers (eg. golf, SPA, three pools), you want to consider the Nisbet or the...

This is one the these places you see in magazines and think to yourself, I want to stay there just once in my life. We did it and it was far cheaper than some other 5* resorts we’ve stayed at!
You should know that it is a fair way away from the main town but we already looked this up and had rented a car although we could easily have stayed here all the time.

The hotel staff were friendly, informative and accommodating. The accommodation was clean and tidy, but we did have an issue with the window blinds, which did not close properly, some of the skirting boards were dusty, and the toilet brushes need to be replaced. The facilities and location were excellent. However, our meal at the Yatchmans Grill was disappointing.

Our family had a great time. The ground floor villa we stayed in was perfect for us and was kitted out with everything we could ever need. The room service was excellent and there was always plenty of clean towels. We were fortunate to be located right next to the south pool, which was fantastic. All the daily activities also enhanced our stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right on the beach at the end of the bay. We had a lovely room with beautiful views of the sea and saw the most magnificent sunsets from our balcony. The restaurant was easily accessible as also was Mr X Shiggedy Shack and the Deck Bar. I would certainly use this hotel again and look forward to returning before too long.

Everything was just fine. Excellent location. Hotel terrace with seaview. Small kitchen with water heater. Good shower. Fridge in the room. Good WiFi. Big supermarket downstairs.
