Nice staff and beautiful property

A first class hotel and very good value for money! The staff are all extremely attentive and pleasant and nothing is too much trouble. The emails I sent beforehand to arrange the room and airport pick up were all handled quickly and professionally by friendly staff. Complimentary snacks were much appreciated and, although we were not around to try the food here much, what we had was very nice. We had room 103 which gave us a fascinating outlook onto a side street - there was always something...

This is not a hotel. This is some kind of a place where one feels like at home. It has a big garden, a big lobby and the room is also very specious. The Garden has excellent view of trees and mountains. the garden is very beautiful itself with barbecue facility. The room was very neat and clean. The toilet was very nice as well. The only problem was of running hot water.

Amazing hotel with all the amenities and the view is so amazing just blissful, can imagine how beautiful it will look during snowfall. The view from the top of the hotel is just amazing, they have smartly named the deck as Crowns Palace, the food is also very good, staff is very pleasing nothing to complain about. We were to head to Rohtang and Mr. Vivek guided us tightly on the tight time to start for the sightseeing. Beautiful location, waiting to see if we can make it again during snowfall.

The hotel has an excellent ambience with river Beas flowing next to it and nice view of hills. It is 4-5 km before Manali and at calm location. Main road in Manali is very crowded and buildings all around. Hotel citrus is a good hotel to relax n enjoy the natural beauty. The hotel staff is very good and cordial.

Staff is so polite and helpful. Rooms are big and clean. Location also very good.

From the moment we checked in we got a warm welcome. The entire staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was neat and clean and spacious. The house keeping staff were very prompt in their service. Even in the restaurant we were served with hot food and got prompt service. We got very good treatment from the entire staff of the hotel.

Great hotel. Clean and good size rooms. Has. Balcony.As per photos. Lovely infinity pool. Away from main street and quite but easy to get to places by walking or taxi. Beach and town 30 mins walk. Needed to ask for coffee sachets and white towels were not hotel soft or white but not stained but just dull and hard.
