I don't think I've ever stayed in such a lovely hotel. Absolutely everything has been thought of. The staff, especially the owners were friendly and very helpful indeed. It is a new hotel and is beautifully furnished and decorated with lovely light and airy public areas

Stayed for 3 nights in a deluxe double. Room was lovely, clean & spacious with a comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful & friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Good location, nice selection of restaurants to choice from. Would love to stay again.

Domus Zamittello is a splendid hotel formed out of an historic Maltese noble palace. It is perfectly situated in the heart of Valletta, with easy walking to most of the city, including the Cathedral, art galleries, museums, shops, buses, ferry, The greatest attribute is the entire staff at this hotel because I found them to be always helpful, kind and cheerful. I enjoyed every day of the 14 day holiday at such a marvellous hotel,

Excellent location right at the heart of Valletta close to just about everything. Plenty of bars and restaurants just a few minutes away. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Rooftop small pool and loungers with a stunning view of the harbour. Breakfast was included with a good range of hot food from the menu. Nice little bar. All in all we were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend.

What a great property! Everything at this property was wonderful, right from our arrival to departure. Started with the helpful doorman to the custom welcome letter and chocolates. The rooms were clean and spacious. The room was quiet and had great sea and pool views. The food, especially breakfast buffet was superlative. Staff was super friendly, professional and helpful. They even threw in free late check-out. The decor and ambience was opulent. Thanks for a great stay.

Clean room, Great interior. Great Value, Likely the best place to stay in the area.

Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Room was cleaned multiple times a day and even got a free upgrade. Facilities were clean and good. Plenty of restaurants nearby, bus stops right outside.

This is a very special hotel. Clean, calm and comfortable, it is an oasis of peace but with all that Valletta has to offer literally on the doorstep. Our sea view room had an amazing view of the Grand Harbour, and the breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. Really loved this hotel and all of its staff. Its location is great, a short walk away from restaurants and bars and the sea but in a quiet area of town with no noise disturbance. We loved our stay and would not hesitate to return! They even had pregnancy pillows available which I was pleased with!

A lovely 5* hotel close to all amenities but very quiet. The hotel is in St.George's bay and the beach is 5 mins from the hotel wih a small sandy beach and sunbeds. There are a number of restaurants and fast food outlets close to the hotel. A short bus ride away at Spinola Bay will offer you a further selection of lovely restaurants on the waters edge. The Bay Street shopping complex over 4 floors has an entrance directly opposite the hotel or can be accessed from level -3 car park directly...

We were very happy with everything about this hotel. Location is superb for people like us who do not like being in the complex of hotels! It is in residential area opposite the San Anton Palace with their excellent parks and their 'Palace Kitchen Gardens'. We didn't have to hire a car as busses are easy to find with a flat rate of 1.5 Euro per journey (which is valid for 2 hours). To cap it all we later discovered that the Queen had the banquet dinner there with the Commonwealth Head of States...

Clean rooms with modern design, comfortable bed, hot shower. Very polite staff. Good selection of cooked and continental food for breakfast. Spa pool in the basement is peaceful. Pool suitable for relaxing not laps. A dozen or so comfortable loungers. A steam room and sauna for 3/4 people. Plenty of free towels and water. Rooftop pool with similar loungers. Not sure if it’s heated but was comfortable on a warm day. We would stay again.

Hotel Phoenicia was a lucky choice for our first visit to Malta. Ideally positioned to walk into Valetta, and easy to get to everywhere by car. Bus station would have been possible too as just beside the hotel. The Hotel oozed colonial charm especially The Club bar where the service was impeccable.
