Hotels in San Lucas Sacatepéquez

"Hotel is great, most of the staff is awesome, we just had an incident at one of the restaurants with a disgruntled employee that apparently she doesn't know how to treat guests that pretty much by staying at the hotel is the reason why she has a job. I dont want to get into it but for a hotel this great is sad they have this kindof employees. Othen then that this howtel is awesome every time we go to Guatemala we stay there, location is convenient, restaurants are awesome, staff is very friendly ( except this particular employee) the hotel is getting a little outdated i think is time for an update because is getting a little deteriorated. We eill keep coming back since a couple of things here and there won't be a deal breaker and the bad apple will probably need to be fired. "

"As soon as you walk through the parking lot into the lobby, the hotel welcomes you with a delicious scent; smells amazing. And the service is excelent! The rooms are delicate and the jacussi was our favorite!"
