"The hotel isn’t very well maintained. Our room had a strong moldy smell. The reception isn’t open 24/7 so you have to carry the key around. Also a lot of fines if something happens (we were ok). The pool area is amazing but the restaurant is 2/5. The breakfast is there but not great. We talked to some other guests and their rooms didn’t smell. So if I’d get one of them I’d probably recommend the hotel. "

"The staff is wonderful here. They take care of everything. Elaine, the manager also set me up for my trip to Koh Samui. The resort is a fabulous get away. Unbelievable views from the property. Since it is up the hill from the main street and beaches, it is much quieter. To walk to the main beach is 10 minutes and the resort will shuttle you for free. They have a great pool to relax by and watch the beautiful scenery so you get both choices. I ate there for most meals and the food was...

"The location of the hotel is perfect, it’s in a quiet location but not too far to reach bars and restaurants. Our room was amazing it was huge with a bath in the centre and the bed made a statement with the drapes hanging over it. "Our "delux bungalow" was in a bad shape for the money we payed. We know Thai-Style, we traveled a lot through asia and we do not expect too much. We had a beachfront side view bungalows for 75 euro per night with a "beautiful" view. The window wasn't cleaned since I don't know. The beautiful view was disturbed from lot of birdshit... I cleaned it a little by myself. The furniture were taped with gaffer... The bathroom smelt, we had to call for a man because water bis not leave the siffon...

"amazing place! beutiful big bungalows with everyting you need' and and an amazing porch with sitting places and a hammock lovely restaurant with yummy food a swimming pool a cute bar right next to it, charming staff and managment and a verry chill and fun atmosphere :) 2 minutes walk to the beutiful haad yao perfect beach! i stayed there for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it plan on coming back :)"

"Avoid this place - we checked out as soon as we checked in. The hotel looks abandoned with dirt and rubbish around the pool, the pool doesn't look like it has been cleaned in years. Staff just sit around on their phones. We booked the Deluxe Seaview Villa, again it hadn't been cleaned properly for years, very old and worn. The day bed was still dirty from the previous guests. Nothing looks like the photos, the photos must still be from when it first opened years ago. It's a huge shame because...
