"Check in was very busy, food hit and miss, part of a wedding party the night before for food, waited over an hour for food. Ordered a Sunday lunch, turkey very dry, it was later in the day probably about 7.40pm before I was served.

"The Ibis hotel serves it's purpose well. It's cheap, clean, modern and well located. It is intended as a airport stopover place and it does it well. Yes, it's basic compared to others, but you know that when booking, it's why it's cheaper. Staff friendly too, with speedy check in.

"Really enjoyed our stay at Skradin. Our room was ready for us even though our bus arrived 2 hours before check in. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the hotel, so is very convenient. We were able to leave our bags to explore when we checked out.

"We stayed here as we don't like the big chain hotels, we prefer an independently owned as they have so much more character. We chose the Bear's Paw in order to visit Trentham Gardens and the National Memorial Arboretum even though both were a drive away. Lovely old inn, had a great dinner and

The hotel was clean and comfortable.
We would have liked a sofa area to chill and relax, in the main hotel part.
