"The woman at reception was incredibly helpful. The road to Selva was closed the following day and she found suitable public transit options and let me check in early. The hotel also prepared a box breakfast as I had to leave early the following day. Definitely far above and beyond what I expected. "Hotel is centrally located and a short walk to a lot of restaurants and the local market. We had a rental car to explore the Dolomites, which was easy to park on the property. "This was one of the most incredible hotels my husband & I have ever stayed at. The building is stunning, with every decorative detail and amenity thoughtfully placed. The spa is a relaxing space with a sauna, steam room, outdoor hot tub, showers, lounge chairs—everything you need to unwind after skiing. "Wonderful friendly staff, convenient ski room to store your equipment and change into your ski boots before hopping into the shuttle to the bottom of the lift, breakfast and dinner included in room. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious with plenty of hooks to hang up ski clothes after a day in the slopes. Meals are amazing and well worth the extra cost. This was a perfect place for a family ski vacation. "

"It is an old fashioned, an "retro" hotel. The staff, however, made up for the outdated decor. They were excellent. The food was also quite good. All in all, good value for money. The big negative is a really slow, almost unusable WIFI. So, if you go there and want to use WIFI for business, do not stay at this hotel. While there is free public parking nearby, the hotel does not offer parking and you may find yourselves fighting for parking space, as we did."

"We had a one night stay during a tour of northern Italy. For the price we were very impressed and felt it necessary to write this review. It felt like stepping back in time a bit decor wise but we actually found this really charming and it was impeccably clean throughout. "nice hotel located near the Moena center. Great selection for breakfast, tiny swimming pool and very small gym (too smal for more than 1 user if you are not a fan of feeling the strangers breath on your neck). We stayed in the family room and beds in the main bedroom was ok although the sofa in the living area very short and not comfortable. Poor water pressure in the shower especially in the ‚pick’ time."
