"Booked it for convenience to explore Kaunas. The location is fantastic - one block from the City Hall Square (Rotuses Aikste). There are no people working there, you have to call to check in or pay through the link to check in, even though we prepaid for the room. Based on pictures, the room was supposed to be larger and on the upper floor, we paid extra for it, but got the basic room on the ground floor. was plentiful but items such as meat, cheese, yoghurt were not kept cooled so the cheese and meat were sweaty and the yoghurt was warm.
Not an easy hotel to navigate to due to in a car, a one way system and permanent road blocks in place.
