Went to register no one at reception desk. Heard someone talking around the corner. Finally after 5 minutes I said Is somebody here? The girl replied about a minute later and said she would be right out. Not very good for a reception area. When checking out I asked for a copy of my bill and they said copy machine was down and they would email me same. We have stayed there before and had much better service. Not at all satisfied. Bed wad terrible too.

We booked solely for the pool - loved it! The pool wasn’t exactly clean (dirt in bottom, bugs etc) but it was outdoor and heated.
The elevator was sketchy - bouncing around when you stepped in.
I would ask for a room that isn’t joined - our neighbour was pretty loud but during acceptable hours.
The staff are phenomenal super friendly and helpful.
