I wasn't impressed with the first persons customer service. She barely said anything. No greeting. Didn't seem friendly. She wasn't rude, just did nothing more than a robotic check in, put the key on the counter and then told me where the room was. Ive stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the country; all with different styles and customs. Because of this experience, the ones you notice are the ones that fall short, usually in customer service or attitude. This was the most noticeably poor service that I've experienced in years. Another issue was the door was not repaired when they said it was. Essentially it was unlocked and a security risk my entire stay. Overall, the room served its purpose. It was worth the money i paid, but nothing more than that. My only recommendation is that the personal customer agents try harder to look and sound more professional. I couldn't tell the staff from the hotel guests. Customer service is everything today and this could've been better.
