OK hotel and facility
Generally is good, howevee quite expensive for a normal hotel room and facility. It will be beeter if reception staff ALWAYS ask guest if they have parking coupon to be validated so that guest dont need to return from car to do that.

Only comment is the bistro food could be better.
Maybe it was our choice of meal.

My choice of stay whenever I'm in Kuantan. Every room comes with a balcony. Seaview room has always been my favourite as I love to wake up to the sunrise. Wide range of breakfast spread. Very friendly staffs at every corner. Pleasant stay indeed!

Overcharge on my credit card
it was amazing stay for the 2 separate night. However, the hotel accidentally charge on my credit card a room charge where they should not since I have paid through this apps. The hotel staff take too long time to settle this dispute.
