The rooms where spacious, clean and the beds where comfortable. We splurged for the M club lounge which was great snacks, drinks, breakfast and appetizers for members all were tasty . Will definitely stay here again when we visit Charlotte .

Loved the location to outside restaurants. I thought it would have been helpful to get information on the breakfast area as opposed to the restaurant. I would consider staying there again, and I would recommend the hotel to others.

I’ve stayed at this Marriot in the past and had a much nicer experience. My husband and I came in on a red eye and when checking in the front desk staff was less than friendly which was neither here nor there. The room was okay our bathroom had a broken curtain and chipping tub bht we were only staying one night so we dealt with it but in the past I’ve had a nicer room better staff experience. But the area surrounding the hotel is beautiful I would still probably stay here again in the future

Very Clean and Nice Location
This hotel is wonderful--clean, great service, nice amenities, great location. My only complaint is that it was pricey, but all of the hotels in Charlotte were really expensive this weekend. Definitely recommend.

Hotel staff were courteous and efficient. I was checked in quickly with no incident
The room was modern, spacious and clean. The restaurant food was tasty and the wait staff was very friendly. Overlall a great stay in a very nice hotel. Hotel is also close to the mall and other featured attractions. Highly recommended...I.will stay there again.

This is a Bonvoy type of hotel. Room size was ok. Bathroom facilities were ok. It had a Bar and an on-site parking. It’s close to specially shops, restaurants and the SouthPark mall.

Property was very clean. Staff were friendly but gave out incorrect hotel dining info. Being there over Christmas one thing that was important was the ability to get a late breakfast/brunch Christmas morning. Got wrong info and had to go to another property to eat. Also the bar tender was nice but spent way too much time chatting with other hotel staff. Several times had to walk down to where she was chatting to order drinks. Noticed this with other patrons too.

So, I’m a big stickler for good pillows and the pillows at this location were just horrible.
Overall a solid 4, but cannot get over the pillows being so small and lumpy.

Overall, a great experience. Was disappointed with the housekeeping service. Went an entire day with no service after requesting it. Had to constant go downstairs and get more towels. Everyone was nice and friendly. Hotel was up to date and clean.

Next hotel but basic!! The parking is horrible, if your not a marriot member you have to pay for wifi. No complimentary coffe which is a negative. Coffee should always be free at a hotel. There also was no shower gel in bath it was empty. Overall it was an okay stay.
