As the lovby was well attended with marble tiles, and great lighting, we all expected that the upper floors will be as maintained. However, for a brief stay and freat location, I would return for another booking.

Clean, convenient, no frills accommodations with plenty of nearby dining options. Easy access to terminal 3. Staff were great! We are already making arrangements to stay here again on our return. The price makes it a great option for anyone with a long layover at Ninoy Aquino International AirPort.

Great value. Close to terminal 3. Great for a short layover in Manila prior to traveling home. Nothing fancy but the rooms are clean and those that run it worked hard to make our stay comfortable. Even picked us up and dropped us off from the airport (for an additional charge but it was reasonable).

Pros - Good price and location. Cons - Difficult to find. It’s an apartment building not a hotel. You have to speak with the front desk and a host will take you to your apartment. The room didn’t feel that clean. Otherwise it was perfect for an overnight layover in Manila.

everything was great , the wifi was intermittent, which was a bit of an inconvenience with having kids with us , more clarity on the pool useage would have been better kids didnt get enough pool time , booking pool time is not noted in the booking process , so that was a big issue with the kids and not open monday was a big issue being our last day there and not knowing childeren were very upset about that bad news so that should be transparent in the booking ad . fix the pool rules , childeren look forword to that one convence .

The property looked very nice at first sight. It looked clean and well kept. Although when we had a closer look - it wasn’t clean at all.
The bedsheets weren’t changed, it had, what seemed to be make up stains, and strands of hair. If you ever stay here, make sure to check the bedsheets, pillows and so on.
Also the fridge has ants. Ants? how?
The bathroom was okay I guess. Decent enough to use. The shower was broken, needed some fixing, but we managed to do that ourselves.
The AC in the bedroom was leaking, the floor was wet af. They had an engineer come in to fix it. They also failed to mention this to us, the engineer just knocked on our door? No notice whatsoever.
The wifi connection wasn’t that good either but whatever.
Anyway, we ddn’t have a very pleasant stay. Although for the price I guess it was okay. But please! Make sure the bedsheets are new and clean! Because that was disgusting! I slept on the couch instead because that’s just disgusting.

Look at the end of the day u get what u pay for, we just wanted a bed & a shower which is what we got. The lobby too the establishment makes u believe you’ve chosen somewhere lovely but that’s about it for us. Plus the room did not have wifi as the owners hadn’t fulfilled their subscription & the tv didn’t connect
