Disappointing. Bed hard & uncomfortable, toe kick metal & noisy. Linens seemed cheap & old. Towels old & thin; only had face cloths & hand towels for 1 person in a king room. Continental breakfast room small, crowded & poorly laid out; trash cans were overflowing.

Disappointed. Do not recommend at all
Horrible stay, would not recommend. Room smelt like sewer and the front desk would not switch us to a different room. The people in the room next to us were very loud all night and the hotel wouldn't do anything about it. They were not accommodating at all, especially this stay being for business so sleep is extremely important.
