Disappointed
I was very disappointed in the quality of the room. I was emailed a week before my stay offering me an upgrade. I accepted with the expectation that we would have a top of the line room. Boy was I wrong!! The room was old, super outdated and smelled like smoke!! Within the first hour of being in the room I had a huge headache and sore throat due to all the cigarette smoke. Our room had a jacuzzi and boy that thing looked like it was from the 60’s!!! Again I paid for an upgrade and our room had 15 channels of tv to choose from!! To say disappointed is an understatement. I feel robbed for the fee of the upgrade and we will never stay at the Luxor again.
