Poor Customer Service
Paid for a late check out via the MGM app. At 11:30 am we were called and told we would need to go to front desk because they can't see the late check our. Receipt shows late check out paid. They turned off air conditioning and tv on us and said we needed to come down. The whole point of me paying for late check out is that I am pregnant and often sick! the people were very rude about it and it was a mistake they made!!!

Overall Good Stay
The rooms are nice and spacious. They were clean and the bed was comfortable, if you like soft beds (I do). We upgraded to a room with a whirlpool, which was actually just a deep bathtub, that didn't even have jets. That was disappointing, and not worth the $58 extra dollars a night. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. There's so much to do in this hotel casino you don't have to travel far if you don't want to.
