Everything was clean and well stocked. Advertised pool, but it was not operational. This was a deciding factor for booking so it was disappointing. Breakfast selections were not the best, actually went elsewhere to eat.

The owners were very nice and respectful. They were friendly and cared about our experience there. The beds had enough blankets and the heat worked good. The breakfast had good choices and the owners made sure we had enough there.

There is nothing particular great about this place, it is a little long in the tooth, but clean enough. In Ripley TN there isn't that much going on.

Customer Service was Great! My overall rating was based on the room being out dated. Needs a little spruce up and deep cleaning then it would be 5 star ready.

The room was absolutely disgusting and would advise for people to bypass this hotel and stay somewhere else. I will be contacting the corporate office and providing them with pictures of how nasty the room was meaning bugs in the room, mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom, big holes in the blankets, and the fridge was so dirty I refused to use it. PUT IT THIS WAY I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN AND WILL SPREAD THE NEWS FOR OTHERS NOT TO STAY!!!

Spiders crawled out of my sheets onto me as I was trying to go to sleep after working a 16 hour shift. I was very upset and requested a refund and they denied it but I immediately left the hotel and went ahead and drove the 2 hours back home which made it for an even longer day. The customer service is horrible!!!!! I paid $180 for my stay and they expected me to sleep with spiders! SMH!

management that didnt seem to care
I had reserved the room on here with the understanding that we would pay upon completion of our stay.My girlfriend arrived there several hours before i did and had to post a hundred dollar deposit before recieving the key and continued this type of behaviour until i payed upfront for the room.The bath room light had a short in it the ceiling had spotting on it that could possibly be mold.The air condition only ran on low it would kick off if u attempted to up on high. We didnt recieve any room service at all didnt change the sheets or restock bath towels or hygene supplies.It was terrible and no action taken to resolve when i spoke with management about these issues.
