The hot tub was nice. It was pet friendly. It was easy to hook up a USB to my laptop so we could watch movies on my Prime account. The breakfast was nice. Very clean and modern looking. I loved the extra touch of lemon water, lemonade and pretzels and goldfish snacks available for free at all hours.

Came for a quiet night away from remodeling projects - and got a great night's sleep. Very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again and refer family and friends.

Air conditioner smell
The hotel staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. But, there was an overpowering smell coming from the air conditioner, so we had to sleep with it turned off. We wish we had asked for a different room. Everything else was fine.

Low price & convenient location. 3rd floor smelled like ?cigarettes. Our room needed a deep cleaning beyond the standard daily quick clean- walls, carpet corners, light switches etc were dirty and needed scrubbing. Beds and toilets were clean.

The guy at the counter could not have cared less
I come in with my reservation. He says I don't have one. I show him my reservation from hotels.com. he says I don't have one. I contact support hotels.com says I have one. Hotels.com contacts them. He tells them I don't have one. They say I do. Back and forth battle. Hotels.com did a good job and got me another room elsewhere.
