Horrible
Room was very big n comfortable but my room was very dirty could not give my kids a mask because the bathtub was black a lot of crumbs all over the table tops food stuck on the walls. It’s a shame that this beautiful casino had such poor housekeeping never again while I stay here

No running water & no customer service
The hotel literally didn’t have running water. Had to brush my teeth with a bottle of water. The front desk sent no bottled water up - did absolutely nothing. Told me they’d refund the resort fee and give me a $50 voucher for the inconvenience. They did neither. The customer service at this hotel is absolutely comical and the place is a dump. You get what you pay for I guess. If you want running water… stay somewhere else!

We were charged $50 per day resort fee, but the pool was closed. Booking information indicated we could use the pool at the Flamingo Hotel but that pool was closed due to reconstruction. We were basically charged an extra $150 for no services. Location is great. Centrally located & easy to get to everything.

Manager Brian is a real prick!
We upgraded to this suite, when we got to the room there was an extremely atrong smell of weed and cigarettes. I went and talked to the front desk and they took off resort fees and said they ddint have any rooms available but could spray the room. 2.5 hours later and 9pm (we had to be up at 430am) still no one. I went back down to the front desk and spoke to the manager, Brian, his only resolution was either wait longer for the housekeeping or check out! He was a real prick with a very arrogant attitude. I went back to the room and shortly after house keeping came and sprayed the room.. it helped the smell a little but definitely didnt take all the smell out. Then we found out the heat in the living room didnt work, the sinks in the main bathroom wouldnt shut off and hard to turn on, the street noise (we were on the 31st floor) was super loud with horns honking, people yelling, cars racing, etc. Then in the morning the main bathroom wet closet had a stron smell of cigarettes (i am guessing the room next to us was smoking). I spoke to another manager when checking out and she was nicer ( I didnt get her name) and gave me a slight discount and said she would talk to her supervisor about everything.

No water deserves a better credit
For the most part things were OK. The 2nd night adhd following AM the hotel had a water issue in the North tower as a result no water, so no shower, couldn't brush my teeth nothing. We spoke to the hotel and they offered us only a resort fee refund, nothing more. I was here working hard at a trade show for 12+ hours, then had to do it with no shower. I really thought the hotel would do more..... but nope!
