Our first room (resort king) was plainly furnished and was gross/not cleaned well. It does not look much like the photos online. There was residue on various tables and food spots that were obviously seen on the walls. There is no way housekeeping did not see this. I contacted the front desk and was told to come downstairs. When I told the gal at the front desk whom I had spoken with, she indicated that when you call the front desk it's not the hotel, but rather a call center you are speaking with. After waiting 5-10 minutes for the front desk attendant to finish her personal conversation with a guy, and after exchanging their hugs, we were able to switch rooms and were given an upgrade from a resort king to a Jr suite. This room was similar to the resort king with a little different layout. It was cleaner than the first. The room was cold and let cranking it up until it was at the max of 90. It felt like it was blowing air that was around 72 degrees. The bathtub had no hot water at all, it would only be a trickle when you went to turn the hot faucet on. I attempted to call maintenance and was again directed to the same line as when I called the front desk and was not willing to wait for the call center, so gave up on that, so the use of the tub was out. The shower hot water was very inconsistent, one day it got hot enough, another day I had it cranked as hot as it would go and it was only a little warmer than Luke warm, with pressure that left much to be desired.
