Underwhelming Experience
I recently stayed at the Ramada Hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, it was not the best experience. The hotel is quite old and in dire need of major renovations. The pool was very small, and the hot tub was unavailable during our stay. There were also kids playing field hockey in the hallway, running and screaming, which was quite disruptive. The staff were merely doing their jobs, offering no introductions or guidance on the hotel's amenities, such as the pool and restaurants. Additionally, the representative had a hard time looking up my reservation for some reason, and the table lamp in our room wasn't working, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, the stay was underwhelming and could benefit from significant improvements.

Affordable but in transition
The room is newly renovated but the readiness for guests occupancy wasn’t ready at the time we checked in. Debris are left uncleaned. Debris are all over the floor in the washroom and bedroom Shower curtain was not up and overflow cover in the tub was missing. The floor needs some mopping for dusts and debris. When we called for service to put the shower curtain the room was left open until we arrived.

Place is very dirty, needs lots of cleaning. Breakfast was bad but waitress was nice, service was really bad, asked for baby bed and it took forever then was told they dont have any then we got one after an endless wait. Not enough bathroom products and it goes on and on Wont be back there ever
