Stunning hotel… decor, views, service!
We throughly enjoyed our stay in Cameron House.
Our room was luxurious with everything we needed for our a relaxing break.
We enjoyed to use of the swimming pool and there were many beautiful walks in the grounds.

The property is excellent and is well looked after clean , well maintained both inside and out
Staff were all very friendly.
I did feel the onsite restaurants were catering more towards the wealthy set or golfers, but the italian restaurant by the marina was a happy medium.
Bar staff in Scots bar were young and lacked supervision, but nonetheless did a good job.
Overall I'd recommend staying here for a relaxing break.

Overall a great stay at Cameron House. Unfortunately the pool was closed when we went down to use it. It would have been nice if it had been mentioned at checkin and an alternate offered (use of the spa)

Beautiful property amidst a serene location right on the Loch. Excellent waitstaff and service professionals with great kid friendly dining options on property. Of particular note was the in room dining staff obliging us with kids pasta / milk even close to midnight. Overall, was a pleasant stay.

The bed was terrible. The rest of the property was amazing and for the most part, the staff was extremely helpful. We had a small issue with getting our additional bathroom stuff other than that a fantastic place to vacation.

Cameron House is AMAZING.
Cameron House was a dream! The hotel itself was so beautiful inside and out. The hotel offered so many amenities- a huge gym, nice indoor Pool and hot-tub and a movie theater. There was also an amazing whisky bar on site with knowledgable staff. The tavern onsite was great for food and drink as well. The breakfast buffet was superb. All the staff were so kind and helpful. We 100% recommend this hotel. Its by far one of the best hotels weve stayed at overseas.

Last night in Scotland
The last night in Scotland before heading back to USA we decided to splurge and stay at Cameron House; no regrets! Breakfast was sumptuous, dinner at Boathouse was excellent, hotel is superb, views are to die for and the room was very comfortable and quiet. Everyone was very friendly - Glad we decided to end our wonderful trip to Scotland here

Good views over Loch Lomond
Good stay. Rooms were stylish, warm and clean. Staff were chatty and helpful. We enjoyed the bars and restaurants, and it was convenient to stay on site. I do feel that the price of the room was expensive. I was surprised that the breakfast included was a buffet, as this is not something I would have expected from a 5* hotel.

We ate at the tavern which was full of bugs and had terrible service. We had to swat wasps away from our indoor table and there were gnats flying in our drinks. Service was slow even though it wasn't busy. For example, they brought a drink ordered when dinner was delivered after they cleared our dinner plates. We had to go up to the bar to fill our water glasses because the wait staff came by infrequently.
We stayed in a suite, but there were no sheets available for the pull-out bed in the room. The front desk was slow to respond (>45 min) after 2 phone calls. After walking there in person, we were informed there is no housekeeping on site after 7 pm. A kind valet helped us put sheets on the bed for our child.
Finally, the bathroom is poorly designed. There is a rain shower head with no shower door, very close to the toilet with poor drainage which means your feet will be in a puddle when you sit on the toilet.
The views of Loch Lomond are excellent and the mansion house is stately. The highlight of the stay was our falconry session with Graham.

Extremely over priced , I have stayed in many 5 star hotels but this one was a disappointment. Very basic bathroom and amenities. Service in the whisky bar was extremely slow even though they weren’t busy . View was good but would not stay again

Fantastic hotel
Just returned home from a 2 night stay over the weekend. This is was our first time staying at the cameron house and we were not disappointed. Check in was quick and easy, receptionist was helpful and got us booked in to the Cameron grill for dinner. The room was ideal for our stay, very clean and good size. Over the weekend we had dinner in the cameron grill and the tavern, we also had breakfast both mornings and its clear that this hotel holds its dinning options and food to a high standard both me and my fiancé enjoyed every meal throughout our stay. The hotel has excellent facilities. We chose to go to the cameron spa which is a short journey 3 miles along the road from the hotel. I’d recommend couples visiting the hotel to certainly consider booking in to the spa if looking to relax on their stay. Hotel location is perfect if your looking for a bit escapism, right on the side of the loch with stunning views. Overall a good example of a 5 star hotel
