Pleasant stay would return again
We were in Great Glen seeing family after late arrival, and was contacted by the hotel as late to check in. Appreciated call and warmly greeted on arrival, explaining all room, things complementary and then headed to super comfortable suite. Had a good night and breakfast included which was super.

Standard fare but a lacklustre experience.
Conveniently located and pretty standard Holiday Inn fare. However, there were cleanliness issues with the bathroom and bedding - though i didnt bring these to the attention of the staff as we weren't there all that long. Service in the adjoining Bella Italia was really poor though. Emma at check in was a star though. Give her all the pay rises.
