Gorgeous hotel on top of a hill!!!
Beautiful place to stay in Venice. Convenient bus that runs late takes you to subway which then takes you to all main attractions. Lovely restaurant on site and incredible vistas of the city. Highly recommend.

The hotel and the property is beautiful, the room we stayed in had a huge window overlooking Vienna in the distance. Friendly staff and the restaurant has great food. Can’t go wrong with this hotel. Definitely will come back.

Impressive old mansion on a hill overlooking Vienna. Incredible city views at night and we were treated to a spectacular sunrise over the city in the morning too. The building itself has a checkered history, some of which was disturbing to read about, but the hotel has done a great job of utilising it for a memorable guest experience. Stunning views from the breakfast table and a great buffet breakfast.

Excellent option. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The bus stop is right outside and it will take you to the metro in less than 10 minutes. We really liked it and of course we would stay there anytime

Beautiful building in the outside. But quite old and not in the best shape inside. The rooms are dated and not in the best shape. No air conditioning. Tiny bathroom like on a plane. Elevator seems like of an old corner supermarket.
The good points:
Very nice staff! Great breakfast. Lovely view of Vienna from breakfast area. Very nice forests around the hotel.

Toller Platz, sehr beeindruckendes Haus. Was ein bisschen ärgerlich war, war die Tatsache, dass es derzeit kein Restaurant und auch keine Bar oder sowas gab. ich dachte man könnte sich am abend in ein stilvolles Kaffeehaus oder an die Bar setzen und die Atmosphäre geniessen.
Hotel schön die Zimmer aber ein bisschen klein.

Kóngur í einn dag
Þetta hótel er fyrir þá sem vilja upplifun. Útsýni frá veitingasal og svölum veitingastaðarins yfir Vínarborg var stórfenglegt.
Glæsilegar veitingar bæði í morgunmat og að kvöldi.
Þjónustan var góð og mjög vingjarnlegt starfsfólk.
Herbergið var gamaldags með fáar innstungur og engin USB fyrir síma og fleira. Viftur í herberginu voru frístandandi og gengu alla nóttina því ekki er önnur nútíma loftkæling.
Allt þetta skipti engu máli því hótelið er svo glæsilegt og hlýlegt.
Mæti alveg örugglega aftur þangað ef ég verð aftur í Vínarborg.

Hyfsat bra med kommunikationer nära.
En hiss out of order krånglade till det med låånga promenader för att komma till rummet. Vidare så var i vart fall sängen något för mjuk för min rygg och bekvämlighet.
Kanske madrassen borde bytas ut.

The building was quite large, likely due to its past use as a convalescent hospital.
Although I paid a high price for breakfast, it was just as basic as what you’d get at a typical hotel with breakfast included.
The hotel room was extremely hot, and although I left the window open, too many bugs came in.

Für eine Nacht ausreichend. Sehr kalte Zimmer, Bett im oberen Stock ohne Sicht auf den Fernseher. Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend. Top Aussicht über Wien.

Die Aussicht war der Hammer. Ich hatte ein großes Zimmer. Matratze war leider durchgelegen (austauschbedürftig). Fernseher ließ sich nicht mehr ausschalten (Stecker musste gezogen werden). Frühstück war in Ordnung. Leider bestand das Rührei nicht aus echten Eiern (wie es anscheinend in jedem Austria Trend der Fall ist). Es schmeckte absolut nicht (wassriger Geschmack).

Vienna from on top of the hills
Nice hotel / chateau a bit off the usual places in Vienna. Easy too reach by public transportation ( really impressive schedules with high frequency), and with a nice view over Vienna and up to the Prater.
