No spa in a spa hotel
The elevator was in poor condition and very small. The jacuzzi was broken, as was one of the saunas. The response we got at the reception when we pointed this out was that the spa facilities are just a bonus if they are working during your stay at the hotel. The hot water ran out in the showers in the rooms. The hotel had a musty smell but the rooms were relatively clean.

The insulation between numbers in the apartments is Bad, we were awaken at 4 am by loudly speaking polish neighbours, they spoke so loud that the impression was that they were right behind my door, I opened it and they were talking loudly behind a closed door in a room next to ours.
