I want to tell you this is a great place, but it is really just above-average for the Reno market. Generally friendly staff and good dining options, but we had three non-smoking rooms reserved and two of them we had to move because the smoke smell was terrible (and one of the moved rooms was to a new room that smelled just as bad so we had to move again!).
I tried to use the electronic check-in but it was confusing and not clear regarding charges so I ended up going to the registration desk. The agent said they get that a lot, so I felt better knowing I was not alone in my confusion, but be wary of that system.
Finally, I know all the hotels have one, but $50 bucks a day for a resort fee is just silly for what you get. Most people maybe use wifi, the pool or work out and I feel this is just an excuse tor then to hide fees and try to keep the rack rates lower. I only used wifi, so in the end I paid 50 bucks a day for wifi? Just be honest and make your rates fair and reasonable.
