Clean room with WiFi
Appreciated the fridge and microwave. Facility is obviously older and could use some updating, but the staff was polite and the room was clean and odor-free. They didn't advertise free wifi, but we had wifi in the room, which we enjoyed.

This property is really run down and in need of renovations. The room smelled damp and musty. The beds are uncomfortable and sink down in the middle. The kids feet were dirty after walking barefoot on the carpet. There were a couple roaches on the bathroom floor. I do not recommend this hotel. The higher online ratings are deceiving. We lived through it, I’m still getting teased by my family for choosing it but hey, we learned!

I waited 5-10 mins to check in because no one was up front. The guy finally came out and greeted me with a smile. Took him 10mins to get me checked in. He also gave me directions to Walmart. My family and I walked into the room it was straightened up. My family and I were in the room for 20mins my husband said he was just bit by something. Later it was my son then myself. The bed sheets had someone else’s hair on them.

Nightmare in Ripley
The staff is extremely rude and judgemental if you are of a particular race. The room door had a broken safety latch and unable to secure the regular lock if you wanted to leave the room w/o a big hassle with the door. Bed was sitting low on floor and saggy and lumpy. At 2am still heard the manager talking through the door that had a huge gap in it from the floor up @least 2in. high.
Toilet ran all night. The window was locked by a screw, latch was broken.
The t.v. was a mini. 18inch.

Very nice hotel/ would stay agin
Hotel was clean and looked very well kept. Inside was clean and in great shape. They even had a phone book in the room (I haven’t seen an actual phone in about a decade, LOL). They even had a soda machine that charged just $1 for a soda, awesome!!!!! Would definitely stay again!!!

We had stayed here several years sgo and it wasn't very good but I think new owners have done a great job of updating. I was kind of leary about the floor being wood looking vynal but it was nice and much cleaner than carpet.

Had small roaches . I left a couple of items being in rush to get out before items become infested.
I left my wallet which they returned to me,
But kept medical grade marajuana for sure, & most likely my passport seeing as I haven’t seen it since my stall here.
Staff was otherwise friendly however , I just called to see if my passport had surfaced , and there Ms a desk agent answering the phone who didn’t even know basic English. And instead of saying so , she just answer yes to everything.
I asked has my passport been found she said yes. I say really I’ll pick up tomorrow what time is good. She then says she doesn’t understand call when you can back tomorrow.
