The good outweighs the not so good
I enjoyed the stay with my family, we had an Ambassador Suite. It was a great fit for us since we stayed for 4 nights but the room didn’t have a microwave which would have helped my family out a lot. The Jet tub was dirty so we did not use it and with it being extremely cold out, the only selection on the ac is “fan”, I had the fan turned all the way up to 85 degrees and the room was never warm. Overall I still enjoyed my stay and It is likely I may book again in the future, illl just ask for extra blankets if it’s in the winter.

Worst check-in ever
I checked in with a service animal and the way the hotel dealt with me was terrible. Before allowing me to go up to the room, I had to be "interviewed" by security. While inquiring about the task that a service animal is trained to do is completely legal, the way this hotel went about it was awful. Do you really need security to vet service animals?
