Great stay. Lovely location. Bathroom needs some upgrading and the water pressure was very low.
Dinner was great.
Location was fantastic.
Service from Carrie was first rate. She was attentive, professional and caring.

Room was adequate but the sloping floor was uncomfortable. My husband is an artist but was unable to use the desk as it was placed on a narrow plinth and the sloping floor made it impossible to move.

Perfect accommodation for our family trip to Lyme Regis, our children and dog were welcomed and felt so comfortable, very rare for us to visit the same place twice but I’d make an exception for the Royal Lion, we had the best time

A quality Hotel in the heart of the town. Our room and its comfort was excellent. It was clean and well decorated with a spotless walk in shower. The staff were very polite, caring and interested. Big choices for breakfast, that were excellent.
The only downside was the wi fi which didnt work away from the main building.

A beautiful old coaching inn in the historic centre of Lyme Regis. Staff were really friendly, the room comfortable and breakfast excellent. Easy parking and a very short walk to the sea, shops, restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed my stay here, unfortunately only one night for us this time and sadly didn't get a chance to try the pool as very busy. I loved the historical aspect to the hotel being built a coaching house in 1601. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and there was a lot of choice.

The hotel has a lovely ambience throughout. Our bedroom was gorgeous and breakfast was perfect. Location couldn't be better for exploring Lyme Regis and car parking took all the stress out of the break.

Easy parking and check in. Perfect location. Friendly staff. Warm and clean hotel. Tea, coffee and biscuits in room. Complimentary drink voucher given on check in for the bar! Outside seating. Lovely pool.
