Good breakfast buffet and long hours (06:00-11:00AM). Rooms are super clean and comfortable. Bathroom is super. Close to U-bahn station (3 min walk), accessible to trams, buses. A/C is a must during summer.

Lack of allergen information and unhelpful staff
The hotel is not recommended if you want breakfast. There was no information about allergens in the food, such as wheat, lactose, vegan options, etc. The staff were also unhelpful during our stay when asked about the ingredients. We felt like a burden when we asked for assistance.

Very good value for money. Comfortable hotel, nice breakfast (it can get crowded), and ideally close located to U4 metro station to go downtown.
One drawback is that the hotel does not have a restaurant for dining.

A little bit further from the city center but accessible via tram or train. I would say in a quieter area of the city.
The room itself was clean and a good size. Has a nice entry way for coats and shoes. Has a dresser that serves as a coffee station. Has a clean and spacious bathroom with a rain shower. Even has a small sitting area.
Breakfast was included with booking and they had a decent spread but it was the same for the days we were there so not much variety. Maybe they have a weekly rotation? I can't be sure.
Giving 4 star because we did not have the most welcoming reception on arrival. I perceived it as blunt and unfriendly. Could only assume this is a cultural or social difference?

The attitude and service of the staff is very bad. I lost my credit card and they wouldn't lend me the phone at the front desk. When the breaker in my room tripped, they said it was my fault for using the hair dryer and the kettle at the same time. They also scolded me for putting too much water in the kettle. Isn't it normal for people to use both at the same time in the first place? They should apologize for the power shortage in their hotel first. When I called to ask to borrow a fork, they told me in a strong tone that I should come and get it myself. I don't know if it was racism, but this is not the kind of attitude you would expect from an international hotel, and it's really disappointing. This hotel really made me hate this country.

Everything was exceptional. I was lucky to be able to checkin early. The room was clean, beds so comfortable, shower superb, and was able to leave my bags with reception on the day I left so i could walk around more easily. Customer service was brilliant from sll staff
