Everything was wonderful, but basic maintenance on tightening the toilet seat, tightening the bathroom sink and fixing the leaky shower head would have been easy, other than that, staff was awesome, food great, pool maintained etc

If you want to go here for the beach, go somewhere else . They say that they have a private beach which is true but there are cement walls going out to the ocean to make it private . Private beach felt like a jail.

Only 1 night stay before we travel back to UK, so I believe they gave us one if the oldest rooms at the back. Although the hotel seemed practically empty. Overal it was ok, but room was a bit dirty and old dated and buffet was also average, no fresh juices or coffee. We didnt swim in the sea as it seemed more like a port than a beach. In general it was a good stay, staff was friendly but didnt go the extra mile, only did their job nicely. In other hotels we have been offered complementary upgrades during quiet times.

The hotel staff was very friendly and took good care of my daughters. They kept our luggage safely until check-in and we enjoyed the pool. We felt very safe in the pool with the lifeguards watching over us. The morning buffet was delicious and varied.
During lunch time, we had a great time listening to the singer's pleasant music.
The hotel was very safe inside, but once you step out of the hotel, there are no traffic lights and the roads are not well maintained, so please be careful if you are traveling with children.

I stayed here 6 years ago and it was clean, tidy, fresh and maintained.
Nowadays it’s under some repair, pools not kept immaculate like before, training staff so people standing around, rooms look like they haven’t had much work done on them in 6 years and some men ( I think run boat tours or jet skis) sitting around smoking in corners looking unkept and not what I expect seeing at a resort. The grounds could use a good tidy up as one pond is filled with slime and just needs a couple of days to bring it back to scratch.
Although this is the downside of the resort there are plenty of upsides.
You are in walking distance to shops restaurants and small supermarkets. The rooms are still in good enough condition without being super and the meals were lovely.
I will stay here again if I get a chance.

DO NOT STAY HERE OR YOU WILL END UP SICK LIKE US!! Definitely not 4 star! A VERY MOULDY PROPERTY THROUGHOUT! Broken toilet seat, very dirty vent in bathroom, check in procedure makes you feel like a prisoner- ‘ passports and confirmation number’ then to be told absolutely no food or drink from outside plus no guests allowed in rooms and if you’re a smoker it’s a long walk to the smoking area, 1 pool was closed ! We have stayed in better and cheaper 3 star hotels, terrible communication from management as I emailed the property Monday kindly requesting a refund for 1 of the 2 nights we could not stay and I’m still waiting for a reply!! $AUD215 per night is far too expensive for this 3 star property, we had to leave early due to breathing in mould all night and when I spoke to other guests they also said there rooms smell of mould so changing rooms was not an option, also loud construction noise throughout the day with jackhammers very loud! We were checked into a room with no balcony even though my booking confirmed a balcony!! A terrible experience from start to finish- don’t stay here

スタッフの方々が全員とても感じ良く、対応も丁寧でした。周囲の治安は良いとは言えませんが、24時間体制で守衛の方が監視しているのでとても安心できました。プールは屋外と思えないくらい掃除が行き届き、庭も絶えず掃除され落ち葉などがほとんどなく芝も綺麗で快適に過ごせました。
洗濯機がないのですが、ホテルから200mほど先のsave more近くにランドリーサービスがあり、1時間買い物している間に仕上げてくれて脱水と乾燥で105PHPとリーズナブルでした。
