Clean, tidy and spacious room with everything you need, lovely modern bathroom and a four poster bed (also comfortable). Lovely host and nice breakfast experience. Off road parking, conveniently located for Inverness, A9, etc.

Traveling alone, I had hesitations but all the positive reviews hold true ~ it was an absolute delight staying here! Very clean, quiet and located beautifully along a farm with sheep, it was a convenient country drive to Inverness. Highly recommend!

The B&B is outstanding value for money. Immaculately kept. Fitting are all new and in perfect condition. Nice outlook on to the mountains and fields. Beakfast was served on time and of excellnt quality.

The bedroom and bathroom we had were very good, very generous space, clean with a lovely very modern bathroom. The bed was very comfortable although it would have been nice to have a king size duvet instead of a double. My husband was a little surprised to find the only cooked breakfast on offer was eggs, not a full cooked breakfast considering the price.

Lovely B & B
We had a lovely stay with a friendly host. The facilities were excellent woth a large bedroom with a four poster bed and a wet room suitable for my arthritic legs. The breakfasts were tasty with cereals, yoghurt, toast, followed by a choice of eggs. The guesthouse is also convenient for touring the local area. A car is essential as it is situated between Muir of Ord and Beauly.

Nice to return to Hillview Park.
Breakfast very good, from 7:30am, cooked option is eggs of choice (not full cooked breakfast). Delicious freshly baked scones.

Although the room looked quite dated, it looked clean. Unfortunately there wasn't an option of dairy alternative milk or vegetarian breakfast but that's probably my fault for not specifically saying when booking.
