"This hotel truly was the greatest place i’ve ever stayed. Keep in mind i’m not a high end or luxury seeking hotel person. For me i just want clean room, kind residents, no odd behaviours or people, clean bathroom and shower, helpful staff and safe place. This place checks it ALL. from day one till my fifth day this place was ELITE. Location and front place is a bit odd but truthfully it’s not a big deal when you just want a place to sleep and leave your stuff. The bedroom and bathroom were pristine clean and was not dirty one bit. The room comes stocked with ESSENTIALS that tourists always don’t have. The room has slippers for you, multiple pillows and sheets, AC/Heater control. WIFI TV with all the apps for you to login which was PERFECT. Shower has bar soap and body wash, shampoo and conditioner and hair dryer with multiple towels. The room has a BOOK that tells you all the foods and attractions tourists need to see which we used MANY times during our trip. The cleaning staff were super helpful and kind, we did not want them to do anything for our room since we find it excess abuse of staff and they’re ofc busy. yet they went beyond in our room with cleaning it AND restocked the body wash without us telling them 😭. They checked for us which was so kind. Front desk are helpful and kind. They advised me of the complimentary coffee which i appreciated. they have MULTIPLE umbrellas you can borrow"

  3. Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates could help you save on your stay in a Downtown Eastside hotel. For those seeking something distinctive, boutique hotels can provide a more personalised experience and potentially greater value. When you make a booking with Hotels.com, we’ll inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price appears to be on the higher side, we’ll suggest more affordable dates, increasing the likelihood that you could save on your trip.
  4. Consider your location: Opting to stay nearer to key attractions or city centres may offer convenience, but it often comes at a higher price. For more affordable options, you might consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between cost and ease of access to your intended destinations. Independent hotels situated further out are usually more likely to be affordable and can provide a more authentic experience.
