    La Malmaison

    A gallery showcasing modern art in Cannes

    La Malmaison is an art gallery occupying the former Grand Dame hotel, which dates back to the 19th century. Since 1945, it has exhibited the works of prominent artists such as Matisse, Picasso, Cesar and Miro, among others. 

    La Malmaison is a great way to see masterpieces by some of the world's most important contemporary artists. The modern and contemporary art centre usually hosts 3 major exhibitions every year, mostly on graphic art and photography.

    Mougins Museum of Classical Art

    View classical art and artefacts from Greece, Rome, and Egypt

    The Mougins Museum of Classical Art (MACM) is in the village of Mougins, just 15 minutes from Cannes. It was founded by Christian Levett, a British investment manager and avid art collector. 

    The museum has a diverse collection of artefacts from Greece, Rome and Egypt, as well as classical artworks from famed artists such as Pablo Picasso, Paul Cézanne, Salvador Dali, Andy Warhol, and Antony Gormley. Exhibits at MACM range from ancient and neoclassical to contemporary and modern.

    Parc Montfleury Sports Centre

    Enjoy a swim in a heated indoor pool

    The Parc Montfleury Sports Centre is a leisure complex in central Cannes, about 1.5 km northeast of Croisette Beach. It has a tennis club and bamboo gardens, along with indoor facilities such as a 25-metre-long indoor pool with a retractable roof. It's heated to an ideal 28°C year-round, so you’ll always have a great experience. 

    Even better, when the weather clears up, you can see the outdoor gardens and tennis courts, making it an excellent place to stay fit and have fun no matter what the weather might be in Cannes.

    Curious World - Escape Game

    Curious World - Escape Game in Cannes features several different scenarios, each taking 1 hour or so to complete. These include Hold up in Vegas, Mystery and BrotherhoodGenesis, and other immersive adventures. 

    You can visit Curious World - Escape Game multiple times and never have the same adventure twice. IThe centre gets quite busy on weekends and rainy days in Cannes, so be sure to call to book a spot.

    Bounce the day away at this indoor trampoline

    Salto Trampoline Arena is a multi-activity park for the entire family, all indoors. Not only are there plenty of trampolines, but you can also try your hand at parkour or gymnastics. 

    Additional facilities include a slackline, foam tray, and dodgeball court. The park even has pro coaches that can help you learn new skills. Salto Trampoline Arena is in Mougins, about 11 km north of Cannes.

    Warm'Up Cannes

    Go bowling and grab a burger

    Warm’Up Cannes combines a bowling alley, family restaurant, and pub into a single building. You can spend an afternoon knocking down pins – there are 24 tracks, 4 of which are custom-built for kids. 

    There's also a billiard room if you're looking for a more leisurely game. After a few rounds, you can head over to the onsite restaurant and enjoy homemade burgers, fish, casseroles, and local specialities.

    Find souvenirs for loved ones back home

    Shopping is one of the most popular pastimes on a day when the weather doesn’t cooperate. Cannes is a major city with plenty of boutiques, department stores, and shopping malls for you to enjoy. 

    Find local handmade arts and crafts, get some fresh produce and seafood to self-cater a meal, or shop for that ideal souvenir to take home, so that you’ll always remember your trip to Cannes.

    Arcades is a popular movie theatre on Rue Félix Faure in central Cannes. Established in 1997, it has 3 screens showing contemporary and art films from all over the world. 

    Arcades is within a 5-minute walk of Palais des Festivals and Vieux Port de Cannes. It's a great place to go to relax and get lost in a larger-than-life story for a few hours.
