Wonderful condo, great owner!
We loved Lee Anne's condo. Was so comfortable, felt like home which is in contrast to other rental units at the Kingsmill resort. She had wonderful little "extras" there for us, like a choice of a dozen K-cups, nice bath products, shuttle schedule on the fridge, and binder of information on the area and resort. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The pull out couch was very comfortable. Lee Anne was extremely easy communicate and coordinate with. Highly recommend!

Strategically located, tranquil and spacious
We had a great time in this beautiful, spacious home. It's fully equipped with pretty much everything you may need. Balcony view is amazing. All major attractions are a short drive away - downtown Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Jamestown. Plenty of great restaurants within a short drive, too. Our MIL traveled with us and we really loved that the condo's space is planned in a way to allow privacy to all guests. We would stay here again if/when we travel to Williamsburg again. Excellent and Special
This was an excellent property, superbly maintained and accommodating. Communication was excellent, when we had a change, we worked out an accommodation and Numerous special things above the norm distinguished the space from all the others we've leased around the US. If you want a sense for a "home away from home" this is the place and property manager.

Wonderful!
This is the second time we have stayed here for our annual girls trip. The condo is decorated so nice and it has everything you could possibly want. Lee Anne is so attentive to every detail. Looking forward to next year!

Peaceful getaway

Beautiful getaway!
The space and our host really could not have been better! For the life of me, I can't think of a single thing I would have changed (other than the weather, lol) The food onsite was great, the location is ideal for seeing anything in the area and the host was as a good host should be, accessible and efficient without being the slightest bit overbearing! (don't you hate when hosts leave "helpful" notes for you everywhere as if you've lived in a cave your entire existence? Me too.) We'll be back! Thanks for everything!!
