The rooms are spacious, but the water pressure is poor, which is very disappointing. The gym is outdated and surprisingly small for a hotel of this size, and the pool is small. On the positive side, the service is good, the restaurants are excellent, and the casino is large and spacious. I would not recommend it for a luxurious vacation, but it is suitable for business travel.

Check in was slow. They didn’t have enough staff. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. The casino is quite large with multiple ways to lose your money, I wasn’t impressed with the food court. The pool area is large with multiple pools and plenty of lounge chairs, however, the deepest pool is only 4 feet. Go to Park MGM and check out Eataly for good food at a reasonable price

Unfortunately we were placed in the wrong room because it was 4th of july weekend and everything was booked and full. On friday when we checked in, we went to the concierge and the worker wasn’t helpful and just stated everything is full. On sunday, when we were checking out, we notified the worker of the wrong room and she was much helpful. She apologized and comped the resort fees for the weekend which was nice. Although we appreciate the compensation, we did feel they should have been much more helpful on friday and gave us the correct room because the room we stayed in was much smaller.

The check-in process is a nightmare. And I’ve been trying to check out for over an HOUR and can’t reach anyone at the front desk. I tried to check-out through the mobil app as well and it’s not working. This hotel is inefficient and woefully understaffed. The front desk workers — for the most part — were not helpful. Several times I got locked out of my room and had to wait in huge lines for them to give me new keys. That said, a couple of employees were FANTASTIC (a woman named Lally). She is exceptional. I have so much more to say but need to leave. I’d encourage the hotel to contact me. I am extremely disappointed in my stay and I frequently travel to Vegas. Back to the Fountaine Blue for me (amazing hotel).

Not much varieties of restaurants compare to 3 years ago. We felt it’s costly to purchase the floats to use the lazy river when we already have to pay $50 a night resort fees. End up walking outside to purchase which is very inconvenient! Miss the buffet and where is the complimentary coffee/tea in the room?? Best experience probably the room with comfy beds, but not the view. My daughter was hoping for the view of the strip. The host at the lobby forgot to let us know we have $100 food & beverage credit. I remembered on the last day, so I had to call the lobby to confirm. We end up using right b4 checking out. Overall experience at MGM and Las Vegas was just okay this time.

This location is rather chaotic--there were just so many people everywhere. I understand that smoking is still permitted on the casino floor, but the fact that to get anywhere else in the resort one needs to walk through the casino means there's no way to avoid the smoke. The pool was closed for an event while I was there which meant that all hotel guests were at the lazy river. Though it was way more crowded than I would have liked, it seems well maintained and the river flowed well enough that nothing seemed held up.

We love staying at MGM because it has everything you need there- casino, pool, lazy river, so many food and restaurant options. At check-in, hotels.com didn’t give us a confirmation number for MGM so we weren’t able to use mobile check in or use the kiosks, we had to wait in the long line for them to look up our reservation by name. We were excited to learn we were assigned to a newer and “nicer” tower, but when we got to our room the mini fridge was filled with someone’s leftover food and drinks and the bathroom was clearly not cleaned properly. We went back to the lobby to request another room and the new room was better but the bathroom still didn’t give that 100% cleanliness feeling which makes you question everything else. We stayed in the room since we didn’t want to go to the lobby again and it was fine. Also, the TV kept having issues and would get frozen on one channel for hours and you could not adjust the channel or volume and it would randomly work again. Besides that, the staff was helpful and nice, and all of the food options and amenities make it a place you don’t even have to leave!
