Perfect stay for our anniversary. The view from our room was the absolute best thing we loved the massive windows. Easy to check in. Polite and friendly staff very helpful. From the moment we walked into the hotel we were greeted by the reception staff,extremely friendly and helpful. Got to our room,which wasn't the biggest but clean,and comfy beds. We had an amazing view of the Liver Building and looked out onto the river, Mersey too. Each time we returned from going out,we got a cheery Hello fro the reception staff,even late at night. Definitely stay there again . Parking is available, £14 for overnight,. You need to pop into the hotel where there is directions on the counter ,I took a photo ,small car park,don't use the pay machines there,pay at the hotel. Lastly we were on the 6th floor facing the road, could not hear the traffic at all !

I think you need to make sure you get a refurbished room. Our original room the aircon wasn't working (in a small room with windows that don't open not good!). It was reported to the front desk at 4pm, but when we returned to the room at 11.30 nothing had been done. Luckily the night staff were very helpful and we were moved up a couple of floors - looked fresher and working aircon. Thank you to the night staff!
