Overall good despite checkin process
The condo itself was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. They are also very responsive to phone and email, and were helpful anytime I reached out. It loses 1 star because the check in process is awkward - having to find a key in a lockbox in the basement, and because the security deposit must be paid online using paypal or etransfer.

Check-in procedure was very clearly outlined and easy to follow, the condo was very clean and well-equipped with anything you might need, and there is direct access to the TTC. The check in process is kind of confusing and a little annoying but the property is great! Beautiful view and the price is great for what you get. The kitchen is super convenient and useful. The bathroom was not very clean and the bathroom fan was broken. Also, the sofa couch is not very comfortable. Overall I would definitely stay with Global stay again. Much better than a hotel for about the same price!

Confusion
The room was very clean the view was great we were on the 30th floor. The beds were terrible I slept on the couch although I paid for 2 bedrooms. There was sheets and towels in the dryer and dishes in the dishwasher. They sent different emails on getting to the place parking and getting the keys. It was confusing and frustrating after a long day of travel. They also wanted a picture of my license me holding my license and my car make and model which was a rental. It’s not like checking into hotel. The price was worth it but where I need a good bed to sleep on I would think about renting again.

The lock boxes in the hot garage are close to impossible. No front desk support. The outdoor pool is tiny. The indoor pool is a jacuzzi - not a pool at all. The 3rd bedroom was a closet off the entrance with a curtain to close it off, a cot, and no air conditioning vents.
