I am reaching out regarding a significant issue with our recent stay at the Bellagio Las Vegas, booked through your platform at a premium rate. This was meant to be a celebratory anniversary trip, but the experience fell far below the standards one would expect from a hotel of this caliber, especially considering the price paid. Upon check-in, we discovered that our room was in an unacceptable condition—dusty surfaces that you could run your finger through, a dirty bellagio pen(food on it), pubic hair in the bathroom, and blonde hair on the bed (we both have dark hair). These details are not only unhygienic but also deeply disappointing for what was meant to be a once-in-a-lifetime celebration. Despite reporting the issue promptly, it took over 30 minutes for the hotel to address the matter, during which time we were unable to use the room facilities and missed a portion of our planned celebration. While the Bellagio refunded $75.88 for the resort fee and buffet charge, they have explicitly stated that additional compensation must be pursued through Hotels.com, as the reservation was made via your platform. This minimal refund does not adequately address the distress, inconvenience, and diminished experience caused by the hotel’s subpar service and accommodations.

El hotel es bonito, pero un poco incómodo el baño ya que el toilet no tiene privacidad dentro del baño, tuve que llamar la noche que llegué pq no había ningún tipo de amenities en el baño y solo trajeron unas sandalias , creo que para ser tan famoso y caro deberían ofrecer al menos una botella de agua de bienvenida . Por lo demás todo estuvo muy bien

Major Disappointment
Major disappointment. Hotel has gone downhill and will be looking for another hotel. Buyer beware. They charge a hotel fee plus tax for every night after you check out. Never disclosed upfront.

Interesting
Check wasn’t the best. We came in early to check in and the line was just ridiculous. No coordination or organization. Once we got to check in the rooms were totally off from what we booked. After telling the guys, let’s cancel the reservations and we will got to Wynn, all of a sudden everything was corrected

Mini refrigerator is there, but no room to use ..
In term on cleanliness, it is very good as housekeeper did a great job. Every thing else is just terrible: personal locker is missing the handle.. no slippers for a premier King room.. and most important of all, their mini fridge is full of their item for the minibar, i cannot use it to put in anything.

Christmas time at the Bellagio!
We loved the gardens! So beautifully decorated for Christmas and had real Christmas music on celebrating the real reason for Christmas! So appreciated! Our room 18-30. The clock did not work, nor did the makeup mirror. Other than that it was great!

Initial hiccups
Stay was good. We got to our room and only had a shower, I was expecting a tub and had called to get it switched. The staff told me that she had my card automatically switched to the new room and wouldn’t have to wait in line. We attempted to get in the new elevator and my card did not work! We had to lug our luggage around and the front line was backed up. I ended up calling and someone was kind enough to help me. We got into our new room and green stuff was in the tub, my husband said it was probably cleaner. So I rinsed it away. Also, the TV wasn’t working the entire time. I was too exhausted to complain. I just wanted to get out and gamble.
