Let us begin at the beginning. The reception staff were amazing: Jinnelle and her team treated us as though we were values members of their family. The room was spacious and sparking clean. The doorman was GREAT i was with my elderly parents and one is in a wheelchair and was a GREAT help with the luggage and opening door. Only thing spoiling it was a selfish parker on the pavement so i could not wheel my mother past.
