I was greeted by a lovely young man. I don't remember his name but he was from Romania. Very helpful and respectful. He helped me to arrange a taxi to Wolverhampton. Fully enjoyed my stay. 💜

Great hotel. Conveniently located for the Utilita and short tram into city centre. Car parking underneath although spaces are narrow and spaces are on a first come first serve basis. very good room, lots of space and comfortable. also had a fridge which i needed and is quite rare. location was right next to the venue we were attending so was walkable and lots of amenities nearby. didn't use the bar or restaurant but looked very cosy.

The hotel is very well placed, and very close to shopping, places of interest, pubs etc. Stayed there for a night with family, and was given a 2nd floor room. Room size was good. Check-in was fast, and staff were nice. Couldn't able to get a parking in the hotel as was full, but there is a big parking area very close to the hotel. But the sound proofing was bad for which we had lot of noise coming from outside considering it was a Saturday night and people were partying outside in pubs till late night. Also all noise from corridor was clearly audible in the room. so made us have a god sleep after 2am.
